Banners must be kept within the site’s PG-13 limitations according to the RP Rules/Guidelines.
File Size:
Dial up isn’t really an issue anymore, but please keep banners around 200kbs.

It's basically a look into ophelia's life. Just laying around open flames irresponsibly with long hair because she likes the ambiance. Writing Dama fanfic about him and her from within her secret under the stairs cupboard while looking on lovingly at her eternal crush blowing kisses and whatnot. It's a Bechtel test nightmare.
